AstraQom allows phone calls to be made using your Broadband internet to carry the call instead of the traditional method via your telephone provider. This allows significant saving on the cost of calls and may enable users to do without a physical phone line saving as much as $45/month in line rental alone.
This is not some geeky setup that has you talking into your computer. In fact it's not even connected to your computer and your computer doesn't have to be turned on. Rather it's a real, direct, replacement for your Telecom landline phone - without the high cost. Place calls to any phone number in the world and any normal phone can call you.

REQUIREMENTS
- Broadband Internet - either ADSL or Wireless
- SIP V2.0 capable IP Phone - OR -
- Analogue Telephone Adaptor (ATA) plus standard phone
- Either of these may be purchased or added to your monthly subscription for just $12 per month
- Softphones or BYO SIP Phones may also be used
